ICH Group has the franchise rights to 4 Sushi restaurants called Catch of the Day, 5 Dunkin Donuts Franchises and 1 combined Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins franchise.
At the store level they use the standard POS functions that all POS Systems use, but in addition to that they use the client retention program to reward customers with Discounts and other membership rewards. They are currently using PixelPoint HeadOffice to effectively centrally manage the chain of stores, Customer Loyalty/Membership and DataMining for Reporting. |
